Last Friday, February 27, the TRR interns–along with our friends from NIC and Trestle Creek Review–hosted LC State’s 3rd Annual Creative Writing Contest.
Nearly 40 students from regional high schools attended the day-long event, which included four breakout writing sessions, a 1:1 workshop of the high school students’ creative works, lunch, and an awards ceremony in which a prose winner and a poetry winner each received a digital notebook. Two finalists in each category were also recognized.
